We are all prisoners of a fast paced and changing world, confronted on a daily basis with many demands and temptations. How do you cope with this, especially when you are a teenager? Is there a constant in your life? What do you cling to when all seem to be lost?

This exploration of spiritual life and sacrifice touches at the very heart of the question: is it still possible to live an ordinary life 'in spirit and in truth'?
